Service Ticket & Tracking

Every customer employee will have access to our online service ticketing portal.  Monthly reports show each ticket submitted (by internet, phone, or e-mail) and resolved as well as the history of each user and each machine.  Full history retention is also available at no additional cost.

Real Time Network Asset Tracking (Inventory Audit)

Acumen provides a fast, accurate, and up to date audit and discovery of your entire computing infrastructure.  Get a complete and comprehensive hardware inventory delivered right to your desktop on demand. Acumen Managed IT packages include full and up-to-date network documentation and inventory within 2 weeks of paid engagement. We provide complete documentation illustrating all servers and workstations with a detailed description of hardware and settings of the network. These documents will be kept up to date and can provide a variance report as well.
